Our Tackle LIFE early intervention programme aims to use the values of rugby to promote discipline, resilience and teamwork whilst developing skills and employability support for young people disengaged from mainstream education.

Be YOU:

Our Be You programme is dedicated to develop confidence, self-esteem, resilience, life skills and wellbeing in young women and girls. The programme aims to inspire young women and girls to make positive choices and empower them to recognise their potential and follow their own path.

ABILITY Blues:

Our ABILITY Blues programme is designed to promote physical and mental health through the power of rugby, sport and multisport to disabled young people. We have a range of inclusive offers that are suitable for any school or organisation working with disabled young people.

INSPIRE:

Our INSPIRE programme focuses on personal development, providing a balance of education and wellbeing to help young young people maximise their potential. Through a series of workshops, we have a number of modules that are designed to enhance skill development.

TRY to Change:

Coming Soon! The TRY to Change programme is a wellbeing initiative to support weight management and wellbeing of adults, using rugby and multisport alongside workshops to provide bespoke support to each participant.

Holiday Provision:

Blues Foundation work closely with local authorities to provide multisport games and fun activities for disadvantaged children during holiday periods. This partnership has grown to offer a bespoke service that promotes health and wellbeing and the importance of exercise on physical health and mental health.
