FREE Bedford Blues Foundation Roadshow for Primary Schools
Bring energy, inspiration, and teamwork into your school with our FREE Bedford Blues Foundation Roadshow, an engaging experience designed to motivate and inspire primary school pupils through sport and positive role models.
Our roadshow is a fun, inclusive visit delivered by the Bedford Blues Foundation team, combining physical activity with key life lessons to create a memorable experience for your pupils while supporting your school’s focus on wellbeing, essential skills and personal development.
The visit begins with a high-energy whole-school assembly, where our team shares inspiring stories, promotes the importance of resilience, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles, and introduces the history and values of Bedford Blues Rugby Club and the Foundation. Sessions are interactive and designed to engage pupils of all ages.
This is followed by a rugby taster session, tailored for primary-aged children and suitable for all abilities. Pupils take part in fun, non-contact activities that develop fundamental movement skills, build confidence, and encourage teamwork and communication in a supportive environment.
As part of the experience, pupils will also have the exciting chance to win a ‘Golden Ticket’, with a selection of lucky winners earning the opportunity to watch Bedford Blues in action during the 2026/2027 season, adding an extra layer of excitement and inspiration to the visit.
Schools will also have the opportunity to meet with our team to explore how the Foundation can provide further support. This may include curriculum delivery across PE and PSHE, extra-curricular clubs, enrichment activities, and longer-term partnerships aligned with your school’s priorities.
The roadshow is completely free of charge, with all equipment provided, making it simple and easy to deliver within your school day. Visits are flexible and can be arranged to suit your timetable.
