A Fantastic Day at Pavenham Park Golf Club Raises Over £6,800

This year’s Golf Day at Pavenham Park Golf Club proved to be a resounding success, bringing together more than 100 participants for a memorable day of sport, camaraderie and fundraising. Thanks to the generosity and enthusiasm of everyone involved, we are delighted to announce that an incredible £6,800 was raised.

We were proud to have Woodfines Solicitors as our headline sponsors, whose support played a vital role in making the event such a success. Their contribution helped ensure the day ran smoothly and created an enjoyable experience for all who attended.

The weather certainly kept everyone on their toes, with a true mix of British summertime conditions. Players experienced everything from bursts of sunshine to sudden rain showers, and even the occasional rumble of thunder. Despite the unpredictable elements, spirits remained high across the course, with teams embracing the challenge and making the most of their time on the greens.

Following the golf, guests were treated to a delicious three-course meal, providing the perfect opportunity to relax, share stories from the day and celebrate achievements both on and off the course. The evening concluded with a lively prize-giving ceremony, recognising standout performances and adding a sense of friendly competition to the day’s events.

Above all, the day was a wonderful example of what can be achieved when a community comes together for a good cause.
